In addition, this module offers a leave management feature; an extremely efficient, valuable and easy to use tool, which assists managers and employees in handling all types of leaves.

By using this feature, employees are able to apply for annual, casual, sick or earned leaves online and check their updated leave status information as and when required. Managers too benefit greatly as they can approve or reject a leave request from virtually anywhere in the world. This ensures effective resource planning as all scheduled and applied leaves are synchronized and can be viewed at all times.
