The V-Secur™ helpdesk web-service has been launched. This service will allow customers to seek comprehensive support for hardware and software components of V-Secur™ during weekdays. Dedicated support staff and experts will offer personalized assistance to ensure timely and effective problem resolution. A comprehensive ticketing system will allow customers to track their queries and issues. Once a particular issue has been resolved, it will automatically be added to a dynamic Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) library which will be available on the helpdesk website.
